@sweetgreen initially $10 credit from the issue on my previous order didn’t appear on my account. I tried the use online help center and your response time is 24 hours. I still placed an order because my wife was on her way there. Result we got half order!

@Hyperice team. I have 6 or 7 of your products including normatec 3, hypervolt 2 Pro, X Knee Device, etc. It is very disturbing that non of these items come with a bag. When I travel, it becomes a major problem.
