Boy’s Swim and Dive is starting August 7th. Swim will be at the Nat from 7-9am the first week. Dive will be at Drury from 11am-1pm. See calendar link for the first 3 weeks. Excited to get the 2023-24 season started.

Summer Swim starts in the morning. 6:30-8am. Southern Hills Pool. Dryland first 15 minutes. Wear running shoes. Then we swim until 8am.
