😳 CLARKSON LAUNCHES “ONLY FARMERS” AND IT’S ABSOLUTELY GENIUS! 🔥
Forget everything you thought you knew… Jeremy Clarkson (and the Diddly Squat crew) just dropped the most cheeky, brilliant, countryside-saving platform of the year!
Welcome to Only Farmers – the wholesome (yes, really!) spin on that other site… but instead of the usual, you get REAL farms, REAL people, REAL British countryside experiences you never even knew existed!
Farm stays, animal encounters, pick-your-own days, workshops, private hire, seasonal events – book straight with the farmers themselves. No middlemen, just proper rural magic supporting the backbone of Britain.
Kaleb’s already calling it “real farms, real people, real countryside” and Jezza’s promising experiences that’ll blow your city mind.
This isn’t just an app… it’s a movement. Back British farming the fun way!
The headlines have faded, but I have not forgotten.
So I painted her.
In honour of Ann Widdecombe.
“The righteous shall be had in everlasting remembrance”
Psalm 112:6
It takes a very special artist to capture someone in their later years but with the spirit of their youth glowing through...You are a magnificent talent @bellespofforth
Honoured to know you.
What a family. 💕
She was 11.
Eleven years old. Still in primary school.
Forced to perform sex acts in the playground. Then systematically raped, drugged, trafficked and gang-raped for years by a network of Muslim men in Rotherham.
Her mother begged the police for help. They threatened to fine her for wasting their time and called the child a “dirty little prostitute.”
Only decades later did some of these monsters finally get sentenced — 15, 19, 20 years.
Now, under Labour’s early-release scheme for prison overcrowding, some of the worst of them could walk free in as little as five or six years.
Let that sink in.
An 11-year-old girl’s childhood was destroyed by predators who treated her like disposable meat. And the system that failed her then is now preparing to fail her again by letting them out early.
These aren’t “groomers.” They’re child rapists.
Paedophiles. Monsters.
Rapists and child abusers should serve every single day of their sentences. Full stop.
No early release. No excuses. No more.
If this doesn’t make your blood boil, nothing will.
🚨 NOW THEY ARE COMING FOR PENSIONERS: THINK TANKS URGE BURNHAM TO AXE NATIONAL INSURANCE EXEMPTION.
You work your entire life, reach pension age, keep working to support your family, and the establishment immediately looks for ways to steal more of your paycheck!
Left wing think tanks are now aggressively lobbying Number 10 to strip away the historic National Insurance exemption for working pensioners to fill a massive 12 billion pound funding gap.
These older British citizens have paid into the system for over forty years.
Yet because Andy Burnham and John Healey poured hundreds of millions into unfunded promises and PR gimmicks, their brilliant economic solution is to start slapping fresh tax deductions onto older workers! 🤡
They shield foreign nationals on state benefits, while targeting the exact British pensioners who have driven our economy and paid taxes their entire lives. 💷
They tax you while you work, tax you when you retire, and tax your estate when you die. Their greed knows no bounds.
RT and SHARE this everywhere to stop Labour's tax raid on pensioners and protect British retirees! 🇬🇧🔥
Jeremy Clarkson calls his land agent Cheerful Charlie because the man has never once brought him good news. Five series. Not a single piece of it.
Watch the pattern and it stops being a running joke.
Clarkson has an idea. Charlie opens the folder. The idea costs more than it earns, or the yield will not carry it, or the rules do not allow it, or the money runs out in March. Clarkson goes ahead anyway. Charlie is right. Nobody thanks him, and next episode the same thing happens again.
Now notice what he is actually doing in every one of those scenes. He is not being pessimistic. He is reading out the arithmetic of British farming to a man who does not want to hear it, and the arithmetic never says yes.
The nickname is a joke about Charlie's manner. It is a description of the industry.
Because look at what the job now consists of. Harper Adams lists what a land agent has to handle: planning law, agricultural management, budgeting, finance, construction, property law, machinery purchasing, valuation and negotiation. Nine trades. Charlie has an agriculture degree from Nottingham, is a registered agricultural valuer and a qualified agronomist, spent years at Strutt and Parker, has over two decades in the field and is a partner at Ceres Rural.
Clarkson could have hired anybody in Britain. He hired the real thing in 2019, and the real thing has spent five years saying no.
That is the state of it. The best-qualified man on the farm, applying twenty years of training to a thousand acres, and the professional answer is almost always that it will not work.
Then the bit that turns the whole story over.
Harper Adams says applications and open day numbers on its Land and Property Management course have felt a ripple effect from the show, and their lecturer names Charlie as the reason. He praised exactly the thing Clarkson mocks him for: the no-nonsense approach, the refusal to dress anything up.
So a generation of teenagers watched a middle-aged man deliver bad news on television for five years, and a chunk of them thought, that is the job I want.
Not the tractor. Not the pub. Not the fame.
The folder.
They watched somebody be quietly, unglamorously right in a room full of people who did not want to hear it, and they recognised it as a kind of competence worth having. That is a better advert for a profession than any campaign has ever managed, and nobody designed it.
Every trade in this country has a Charlie. The one who tells you what it will actually cost, who gets ignored, and who turns out to be right in about eight weeks.
He is never the one they make the programme about.
He is the reason there is a farm left to film.
A farmer in Shropshire is selling his farm this September and nobody has died.
Two hundred and twenty acres. A hundred and forty ewes, seventy suckler cows, a shed with one end held up by a telegraph pole, and a tractor bought new in 1994, which is the last thing on that farm that was bought new. His grandfather bought the place outright in 1961. He is 54 and has never had a penny of debt.
The books say the farm lost eleven thousand pounds last year. It lost money the year before as well.
He is not bad at this. The government's own review, chaired by Minette Batters, found nearly a third of British farms were loss-making in 2024.
On paper the same farm is worth £1.9 million.
Pasture in his county averaged £8,600 an acre last year, and not a pound of that was set by anything he grows. Two blocks within nine miles went to buyers he has never met. One for solar. One described in the particulars as a natural capital opportunity.
His mother is 81 and lives in the bungalow at the top of the lane. When that comes across with the other half of the ground, the two halves clear the £2.5 million threshold, and twenty per cent of the excess is a bill in six figures on a business that has not made money in three years.
His son is a radiographer in Telford and is not coming back. He said so once, kindly, and never made his father ask twice.
So it goes now, while he can still choose which fields and to whom. He is selling the good ground first, because you cannot raise a bill off the rough.
The Treasury collects nothing from any of this. The sale happens years before the tax event, so there is no tax event left to have.
What Britain loses is a hundred and forty lambs and seventy calves a year, off ground that will never produce food again, in a country that already imports forty per cent of what it eats and has just had its worst cereal harvest since records began.
That is one farm. There are thousands of them, doing the sums at the same kitchen table this month.
The beef on your shelf this Christmas will come from Brazil, and the price will be higher, and nobody will connect the two.
🇬🇧 “I’m fucking fuming. I just found out that London Mayor Sadiq Khan, under the Islamic housing plan, is building 40,000 new homes for Muslims only, to be near mosques and halal shops.”
Imagine if the British government announced free homes for non-Muslims or Christians only?
This is ridiculous. My generation has to spend THOUSANDS on driving lessons, and then wait 6-9 MONTHS for a driving test. Uttery ridiculous.
Deport every single middle eastern migrant.
