@AmeliaBee7@Badge4au True. Slovenly ignorance is contagious. The only time PHON, via Barnaby Joyce, attempted to announce a policy the result was a total cock up.
These ignorant twerps can’t run a piss up in a brewery.
@craigkellyAFEE This has also happened. Housing shortages are also a cultural issue. Australians don’t want to live under the same roof as other Australians.
🇺🇦 Poltava city council has voted to ban Russian-language content across the city, according to Ukraine's language ombudsman.
The ban covers "Russian-language cultural products" - including Ukrainian content produced in Russian, not just content from Russia itself - and applies to public transport, restaurants, cultural venues, shops, and other public spaces.
Prohibited: Russian-language books, music, films, theatre productions, concerts, and cultural or educational events in public settings.
Previously, only songs by Russian citizens were legally banned - not Russian-language content broadly. Several cities including Kiev and Ternopol had already introduced similar restrictions, though without enforcement mechanisms. Poltava's measure goes further.
@rshereme Think about why Zelensky panders to the Banderites.
Could it be that Banderites are too powerful to resist and/or that their obsessions are core to Ukrainian identity?
Is that what Poles want in NATO and the EU?
@WillcocksSimon@RalphyHeraldSun That’s true but the ump failed to line up the kicker, the man on the mark and the centre of the goal mouth. The line was much closer to the left goal post.
Watson was penalised for not kicking over the mark but that line was not optimal and it was set by the ump.
@Damian_fasciani If only other clubs learned how giving late draft picks, rookies, schoolboy basketballers, steeplechasers and Irishmen farms turns these players into franchise talent, they could dominate the AFL.
But no, they must struggle along with top ten draft picks.
