We’ve been doing “this” for a while now. Could we maybe periodically take a poll of recent grads and ask them what worked?

Objectives on the board?
SBG/traditional Grading?
Standardized tests?
Phones/no phones?
Attendance policies?

We do studies but we never ask the kids.
