All i ask is a documentary for my car!! Something should be giving to each client! Or there is something to hide! They changed my engine before and the new engine looks old! I want the reasons for change and the numbers for old and new engine and they refused !! Thats my right!!!! @MCgovSA

My engine was replaced for reasons that have not been explained to me. I formally requested the full technical report, as well as the serial numbers of both the old and the currently installed engine (which has now failed). However, your authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia, Al Juffali, has refused to provide these documents, despite my request being submitted on 16/03/2026. Since then, there has been continuous delay and lack of transparency.

This situation raises serious concerns. Has there been any form of manipulation or misconduct on their part? Or is it possible that the engine was not actually replaced as claimed?

After inspection of the “new” engine, it was found to be in a rusted condition, which is highly abnormal given that it has been in use for no more than approximately one and a half years, with a mileage of around 88,000 km. Is this considered acceptable or reasonable for a vehicle of this standard?

I request an immediate and clear explanation regarding this matter, along with the required documentation.

However, your reply has effectively brought me back to square one. I have already provided the required information, and my vehicle has been with the authorized dealer for over two weeks without resolution.

Please clearly specify what exact documents are missing instead of redirecting me to a general contact form.

I will send the requested details again via Direct Message. However, I would like to emphasize that this issue has been ongoing for over two weeks, with no effective action taken, while the vehicle remains at your service center.

For clarity, the vehicle has had two engine replacements, and the current issue (timing shaft wear) occurred at only 156,000 km total mileage, which raises serious concerns about quality and durability.

I kindly request a transparent and official resolution, not just internal escalation.
