@DKThomp really good article on biphasic sleep in The Atlantic! The meta analysis you linked seems to cover reduced total sleep and mostly >2 polyphasic sleep. Very curious on analyses focused on 2 nighttime sleeps with sufficient total sleep, if you find follow up references.

@MBTA Bus #451, route 65, at Kenmore outbound ~6:10pm on thurs 4/11. Pulled out of a slow lane in a huge hurry and would have crushed a cyclist if the cyclist didn't swerve radically to the right. Driver continued to lane-swerve like he was driving his wife to the hospital.
