@StagecoachYrks@StagecoachYrks and it's happened again! Two busses have missed the X19 stop. It's disgraceful service. If you were a train service you'd owe a lot of people delay repay. But because you are a bus you feel you can do what you want. It's not fair on your customers.

@StagecoachYrks Yes, as I do every single day at stand 19. With no bus turning up. It is still tracking as the inbound service. Driver evidently came in to a different stand and rushed off.
@StagecoachYrks#X19 yet again cancelled twice! 16:00 bus didn't turn up and 16:30 bus didn't turn up. It's now 17:10 and no bus turned up! It's outrageous. No explanation from staff no notices. What are you doing. Because it isn't providing a bus service!

@StagecoachYrks can someone explain why the 17:00 X19 service from Barnsley to Doncaster didnt pick up passengers at the interchange but is now tracking as operating the route. There is currently 30 passengers angry with no explanation from you. Abysmal service. Every Friday!

@StagecoachYrks Absolutely ridiculous. So you're telling me I'm going to have to take four busses a day now? And a twenty minute walk to a bus stop to get me into Doncaster and then put again. Think of your disabled customers.
@StagecoachYrks But you could divert down York Road and through brodsworth towards thurnscoe and it would service more of your customers rather than taking the same route as the 219. You've cut out half the customers who use that route. Workers and Students not getting to Barnsley. Because of SC
@StagecoachYrks My intended journey on Friday was to go all the way to Doncaster on the X19 from Barnsley Interchange at 5'25. I was there from five o clock. No bus arrived. The tracker then picked up tracking the bus outside of Barnsley.
@StagecoachYrks every Friday X19 doesn't arrive it used to be the 17:05 but the 17:25. What are you doing? Enjoy playing with people's lives? It's consistently poor service.
@StagecoachYrks Why has your X19 service left several people abandoned at Barnsley Interchange. I was her at quarter to five. The X19 didn't show up. But it certainly did at stops along the route! Your stagecoach app is tracking exactly the same too. People left stranded!
@StagecoachYrks would love to know why the X19 has just ignored three passangers on Barnsley road Scawsby and driven straight past them even when they had their arm out! Now I've got a £26 taxi bill!
@StagecoachYrks can I clarify whether food is allowed on your bus? One of your drivers on the X19 from Barnsley to Doncaster has just denied me boarding with a salad. If food isn't allowed can you make this clear on your busses and website please.
