* Difficulty is purely due to the pattern of clues
* The numbers 1-9 can be shuffled
* Square shift, rotation, and mirror all preserve validity

Combined with a couple of patterns, and solved grid you get millions of valid and diverse grids 🤷😉

@stefanjudis We already have a dep on Playwright for our tests, so adding Puppeteer is mostly bloat.

... Unless we can make Puppeteer point to a browser on disk now, and reuse the ones installed by PWT
