I contacted @ATT support this evening to enquire about the internet connection. The executive provided monthly rent details. I said I will check and come back. Immediately he stared threatening "We have the right to serve, we are the only wired provider in your address ...(1/2)

... otherwise you've to use wireless services ". He repeated this almost four times. He is not true, there's an alternative provider. After this call, I decided to go with other provider. I am not sure this is an individual case or expected behaviour of AT&T. @iamjohnoliver
