@HMRCcustomers It’s my son - he has two government gateway numbers - one works with access code via a text message but the other one will only use an Authenticator code. He has the Authenticator app but the number that appears just doesn’t work (we think is linked to the other account)

@RoyalMailHelp Yesterday you claimed to have handed my parcel to me and that I’d signed for it. I didn’t. I’d waited in all morning and you didn’t even have the courtesy to try my doorbell - just dumped it on the doorstep and took a photo. It’s now gone missing, presumably stolen

@charliecampion I’m incensed by the removal of the cycle ramp at Barnes Bridge and keen to see it replaced. Yesterday I travelled to Tufnell Park to measure their staircase but it wasn’t there! Any idea where it might be??

There were always hand rails - they are not a new feature. The removal of the bike ramp has had a massive impact on local residents who used it on a daily basis.

This is simply not true. Please come at rush hour one morning and watch the children hustling to come down the stairs while others are struggling to carry their bikes up.
