Yesterday, the market crash wiped out nearly $20B in leveraged long positions. During this time, Hylo protocol faced one of the biggest stress test any leverage platform has ever seen and proved its robustness.

The Hylo engine is built for resilience and performed as intended during this market storm.

As expected, not a single position was force closed on Hylo. xSOL remained fully collateralized, exactly as designed.

The hyUSD peg was not shaken, maintaining a healthy 180% collateral ratio with no stability pool activation.

Some users may have experienced transaction failures during peak volatility. This occurred because the oracle spread widened significantly, and Hylo is designed to reject transactions in those moments to prevent MEV exploitation and protect users.

Learning from this event, we will adjust our parameters to prevent it from happening again.
