Update: 1.04 needs additional time.
QA found a major issue during loading, causing frequent crashes. We found a fix, however to ensure that the crashes don't persist into patch, QA is taking additional testing time. Once that is done we will update you on the released of 1.04.

the autoscaling group saw CPU usage never pass 50%, so it believed there was no need to scale back up. This had not happened before or during the betas and was an outlier event which been accounted for going forward. Sorry again for players impacted.
