@RogersHistory Attendance is becoming an increasing theme in inspection reports. Can’t help but feel this is yet another way of including reference to this in a report. Problem is things don’t get better by just repeatedly stating what the problem is… and there is no joined up strategy!

@GauravDubay3 @DavidDidau This!! So much is lost when MWBs are cleared… I’d rather see the learning devlop in books. MWBs, in my opinion, are for quick checks that key knowledge has stuck.

The process I describe ensure the true need is the focus of all work. Focus on curriculum, over developing teachers pedagogy to be skilled enough to effectively deliver as an example

If there is an Education Director supporting the school (as I do for OAT), they need to be fully involved in this too.
