This group do an amazing job recycling bikes for those who cant afford one amongst other things like helping the disabled to cycle too.

After waiting for a whole day for the rain to stop last weekend, we finally managed to get to this 90ft waterfall in full flow. I never knew there were so many waterfalls in Wales!
