Pinnacle are underway with the Chess Club ceiling at Castle Howard.
Moulds of the existing cornice profile and created a new zinc runner to match the profile of the original. A sub-ceiling structure has been created with chestnut riven laths with a 3 coat lime plaster.
This months Health & Safety Award goes to Andy Walker.
Andy won for his excellent managerial skills and attitude to overcoming a challenging labour intrusive project.

Today marks the start of the a ground-breaking scheme developing heritage construction skills
Pinnacle, @BassetlawDC and @NTClumberPark have teamed up to host a series of free foundation classes in conservation crafts, to train up a new generation.
The Ice Pond is now complete at the Sawley Hall Grade II Estate in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire. Well done team - this looks amazing.

Pinnacle are thrilled to be back working at Everingham Hall.
The team are undertaking the rebuild of the hayloft section of the stable block. Reclaimed west moorland slate and reclaimed Welsh slate will be used in the re-roofing works.
**New Project Award**
Pinnacle have been appointed to undertake the refurbishment and repair to the cut bridge at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
The team will carry out stone replacement, Ironwork repairs, redecoration of Ironwork and drainage works.
The cake looked and tasted amazing, to good not to share .
Pinnacle always aim to leave a positive impression, on our sites. This was made very evident by the recent cake made and decorated by the Carlton Towers staff for the Pinnacle team.

The Conservation team have carefully undertaken the consolidation of the paper and ink used for the writing, reattachment of lifted sections of paper and application of protective microcrystalline wax to the object to a historical artifact.
