We are happy to announce that our open access policy has been approved by the Directory of Open Access Journals (@DOAJplus). Archeologické rozhledy will be also indexed in the DOAJ index.
All papers published in our journal are available online for free and we do not charge APCs
Digitize ceramic drawings from literature or even sketches, with the free LAP application: https://t.co/anisR4HK8N
Export the drawings as a PDF catalog or automatically sort them using CeraMatch: https://t.co/vs4tBxYoDx

LAP software v4 has just been released! Features heavily revamped user interface and a ton of improvements, such as profile postprocessing, easier large piece scanning, print digitization, etc. Check the app and the updated videos at https://t.co/WuedXcih2a
From digitizing pottery to computer-assisted classification. Now available to everyone via @laser_profiler and https://t.co/vs4tBxXQNZ. Read more in our latest OA paper in @J_F_Archaeology
New #OpenAccess Article: Peter Demján (@p_demjan), Peter Pavúk (@pavuk_peter), and Christopher H. Roosevelt present results of a case study in laser-aided shape and profile measurement and cluster-analysis of ceramic sherds from Kaymakçı, Turkey. https://t.co/XICZTRCEsJ
Are you attending #eaa2022 in Budapest? Come to visit our booth to see the #laseraidedprofiler live in action. We are on the 1st floor of the Gólyavár building
New paper in@14Cjournal by @pavuk_peter & @p_demjan: "Clustering of calibrated radiocarbon dates: site-specific chronological sequences identified by dense radiocarbon sampling" https://t.co/XX3jyOojGm Includes Python implementation at: https://t.co/HdOzJl11lc #archsci#bronzeage
@temporary_Irene It's more of a chest in this case :) It's not very portable due to sheer size and weight, but definitely transportable and still has the same robustness and ease of use as the small one
@temporary_Irene @ERC_Vamos Very glad to see the @laser_profiler in action :) Full vessels are still a challenge but we're working on a 4-camera version that should improve things. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll think about some update to the tutorials section
#LaserAidedProfiler is a high-tech device for high-quality, rapid, digital drawing of ceramics 🏺
