Lighting is often only noticed when it is bad... when it is glary, too bright, too dark... Especially on dark grey winter days, we notice even more the importance and lack of good lighting. What are your lighting hurdles?

@URAsg I'm thinking a lot about this. There is so much dead space in Singapore with poor planning. Some of the best designed streets at the moment have 5-foot walkways on them. Why? They're designed for people, not cars.
