THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE award goes to @DIRECTV @ATTCares @ATT my 87 year old mother tried to bundle services and lost her tv 25 DAY AGO! I am embarrassed @ATT is a US company.

@DIRECTV DAY 25 of NO SERVICE ! We had a tech come out to tell us the account is messed up. Then customer service scheduled another appt to reinstall on 1/3. That tech did not show!!!!

@DIRECTV My husband has spent 13 hours on calls with your support staff and my 87 yr old motherinlaw has not had @directv since December 10th. This is beyond ridiculous & the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Thanks for doing your best to ruin the holidays!
