Atiku wanted to use obidients to achieve his presidential ambition while making Obi his vice, but NDC gave their presidential ticket to Obi. U can cry as much as u can but I know the obidient movement will still remain strong.
Atiku Abubakar gave Peter Obi and his supporters everything needed. Only for them and their messiah to leave ADC to turn an errand group to Theo in NDC 🫵🏽😭😭😂😂
ADC never truly regarded Obidients as equal stakeholders. They ADC mainly handed the responsibility of mobilization because the party recognized the passion, energy, and grassroots strength that Obidients bring to political organizing. The goal was to leverage that popularity and mobilization capacity to build support for Atiku's presidential ambition while keeping the key decision-making structures elsewhere
Obidients were never in control of the ADC; they were simply handed the mobilization role. The reason now seems obvious: the party's ultimate goal was to present Atiku as its presidential candidate while relying on the enthusiasm and grassroots machinery of Obidients to do the heavy lifting. They knew Obidients would organize, campaign, and mobilize without demanding payment.
Facts are stubborn. They don't disappear just because they're inconvenient.
This Theo appointment looks exactly like the kind of appointment Bola would make. The moment Theo starts speaking on behalf of the party, he'll likely spend more time defending his past comments about the party's presidential and vice presdential candidates than actually promoting the party's agenda. Instead of being an asset, he risks becoming a distraction and a constant source of unnecessary controversy.
@Jack_ng01 This sounds like bola's plan to fix Nigeria. I suspect cos Jack is close to Okoye that's why he's defending him, and that's the problem of most Nigerians. Wat Jack is doing here is not different from wat batist do.
When so-called men of God abandon the preaching of God's word and the spiritual upliftment of their members, only to immerse themselves in Nigerian politics and align with politicians based on who donates the most money to their churches, then it is no longer God they are serving—it is wealth and influence.
Jesus Himself said, "It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." If we reflect deeply on that statement, it raises serious questions about the priorities of many modern-day clerics who seem more interested in courting the political elite than speaking truth to power.
The gospel was never meant to be for sale, nor was the altar meant to become a political campaign ground. Looking at the direction some Nigerian clergymen have taken, one cannot help but wonder whether they are leading people toward God's kingdom or away from it.
As for Fr. Mbaka, if he continues on the path many critics accuse him of taking, gaining entrance into God's kingdom may prove far more difficult than he imagines
"Former President Goodluck Jonathan's case is different. He decided to fåil. I told him what to do to win the election, but he refused. He fåiled because he disobeyed the advice of a man of God."
— Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, reacting after facing båcklash on social media days ago.
This comes after Nigerians criticized Fr. Mbaka over remarks made in a recent video concerning the kidn@pp£d schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State. The criticism also led to the resurfacing of old videos in which he spoke against former President Goodluck Jonathan.
@tejuolayemi@_Dejii Tomorrow u will complain about Nigeria. If not, this country is corrupt. u will not see as a small money. Mind u with 1bn at a spending rate of 100k per day, u won't finish it in life's time but u are too daft to no this
Anyone familiar with the history of oppression won’t be surprised by the direction Nigeria is heading today. In this century, you don’t always need bullets, bombs, or missiles to subdue a people. Hunger has become the most effective weapon, because it spares nobody — neither the old nor the young. And sadly, by the look of things, many Nigerians have already surrendered to it.
I’m not the only one who witnessed that massive giveaway Bandits hosted on TikTok. The desperation from Nigerians especially the girls, was honestly shocking.
Account numbers (mostly OPay and MoniePoint) were flying across the screen non-stop during his live stream between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM two nights ago.
The Fulani host ended up dishing out over ₦50 million, and the way people were shamelessly begging their so-called oppressors for money left me speechless.
Thousands were tuned in, glued to the live.
How did we, as a country, sink to this level? It’s genuinely heartbreaking.💔
Watch Fr Mbaka reactions on insecurity to when Goodluck Jonathan was the president and his reactions to Tinubu as President in regards to insecurity and be the judge yourself ⬇️
@izagazin This lady is sounding like an IPOB apologist. ADC has an enomous problem but they live it to come and start running their mouth on NDC. Anyway when u re big u re big.
You are a d@ngerous person. Who exactly are you talking to here, Fulani or Yoruba? Ironically, the very stereotypes and ethnic divisions you now seek to exploit are rooted in the same legacy and foundations you represent. Instead of promoting unity, you continue to champion narratives that deepen division and mistrust among Nigerians
