Extremely disappointed with @redBus_in! My Bangalore to Goa bus on Feb 12, 2025, broke down mid-route, leaving us stranded for 4+ hours with no help. Had to book a private cab at my own cost. Customer service kept saying issue would be resolved in 24-48. Pathetic service by them.
