@clh_strength@VitruveFit But in any sport lower power doesn’t matter much if they can’t coordinate their upper and lower body together. Why obsess over measuring their lower body power if in reality that lower body must coordinate with their upper body in sport?
Our photog, Jeff Wierus (best in the biz), got a sick angle of Caleb Williams' 2nd TD pass to DJ Moore. Came right at his camera and he shot it perfectly. Enjoy!

@BigLagowski@NFL It’s like they weren’t even ready for the snap. The younger guy on the right doesn’t even look up, and the older guy on the left isn’t in position
@BearsFeen97@theqbschool Z is strong side of the formation and is more involved in motions and can be moved into various alignments. Z is easier to scheme them open and not rely on them to win 1 on 1
@BearsFeen97@theqbschool X is the single WR on the backside of formations. His job is to make the defense pay for playing 1 on 1, or draw multiple defenders to him to help the run game and get other WRs open by having more coverage focused on them.
@MBrown_1@Wolfpackamk@CoachDanCasey Definitely did not blow the call in our game. Here is the exact situation in the NFHS casebook. It’s illegal participation by NFHS rules.
@bubbaswine@Wolfpackamk@CoachDanCasey NFHS Casebook covers this exact situation. Illegal participation (I incorrectly called it illegal touching in a previous post)
@BHrubik420@Wolfpackamk@CoachDanCasey Just providing some information those that do coach under NFHS rules (which is a majority of the people that coach and follow the OP). 🤷🏻♂️
@Wolfpackamk@CoachDanCasey By NFHS rules (the rules almost every state uses at the High School football level) this is illegal touching.
My crew had this happen last year… Wasn’t fun explaining to a coach he was getting the ball inside his own 5 instead of at the 40.
