I was uncertain whether alcohol purchased from the duty-free shop would be permitted for domestic connection. In my attempt to clarify this, I approached a duty-free sales representative, Mr. Samiran Das, who was exceptionally rude and dismissive, indicating that I should exit without addressing my inquiry. I subsequently sought assistance from the manager, who was polite and provided clarification on the matter. This experience was disheartening, and I believe that no one should have to endure such treatment.
