We have exciting news! The National Legislative Program Evaluation Society (NLPES) awarded the LBFC with the 2025 Certificate of Impact Award, marking the 10th consecutive year the LBFC has received this award.

The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, to release two reports: Act 34 of 2023 (911/988 Efficiency) and House Resolution 2023-165 (Home and Community-Based Services).
On Monday, our HR 481 team visited the Cumberland Perry Area Career and Technology Center to talk about the study, which focuses on non-academic barriers students face in getting accepted into career and technical education programs.
Yesterday staff working on the Act 34 study of the 911 system visited PSP Troop H (Harrisburg) to learn more about the work of Police Communications Operators (PCOs) and their role in emergency communications.
