@DaikinIndia we had certain issues wit Jyoti air conditioning.We paid AMC still they are not renewing. 1st phase of AMC expired entirely from your end fraud due to negligence in servicing. 2nd phase paid been 2months and still we r not renewed. Just take away ur garbage & refund

We r paying heavily everytime for breakdowns which is happening regularly basically due to lack of servicing from
Your dealer. Till now we tried to sort out with peace but it’s total 2 floors Ac not working customers are shouting hotel is full.@DaikinIndia

We are unable to do AMC due to this fraud Jyoti air conditioning who alreday sold the system after taking 95% payment and didn’t do the first and later services. We faced multiple time breakdowns, informed u and u guys @DaikinIndia closed the complaints marking it resolved

After multiple reminders what i find is u are not at all bothered about your dealers and they are doing open loot. This guy is a big time fraud and everytime we are faith a breakdown during peak & not only we steaming losses but we r dealing with verbal abuse from customers

@DaikinIndia again problem with AC VRV unit. AC failed Again at peak business hours. Been 2 days already guests repeatedly complaining & we r helpless. Pathetic service

Too many miscommunication.

@DaikinIndia First part of VRV was installed by Jyoti Kolkata & second phase by another Daikin authorised dealer from Bhubaneswar. This Kolkata party we will send legal notice for this repeated problem & u r dragging them to picture again where we know they won’t help anyway

@DaikinIndia some serious confusion actually. U are repeatedly allocating Jyoti air conditioning of Kolkata who take 5-7 days by default to start just processing req forget the repair part!!! We need faster resolution for which the local Service centre of Bhubaneswar

Your system of managing VRV unit is really horrible!! unable to put a proper complain & finally when able to do that getting rude behaviour from the dealer & service providers. They are is ill mannered & need basic education. Dealership #9438102520
