Today I'll be sharing the idea I've been working on for a month now.

@_nightsweekends @_buildspace I read that it combines the best of both worlds: human-like interactions and reliability, as pure LLM-powered tend to hallucinate.

I'll spend a couple of days experimenting with Rasa, Voiceflow, and OpenAI's Assistants to see which generates the best results

Today's focus: Learning.
I focused mainly on researching chatbot creation frameworks and platforms. It seems that a hybrid approach between classic rule or intent-based chatbots and LLM-powered agents is the way to go. 👇
