In Venezuela’s capital, Caracas, six impacts have been reported. Media outlets claim a possible U.S. strike. The Fuerte Tiuna military base and the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Air Base were reportedly targeted.

At the same time, U.S. CH-47 Chinook helicopters were spotted over Caracas, which may indicate the beginning of a U.S. ground operation in Venezuela.
