@virginmedia TV Picture keeps pixelating. Called Virgin and they ran a test and said there is an intermittent signal error and to check status for updates. Then I get status below but when diagnostic ran I get the second screenshot so which is it please?

@virginmedia I am calling again. Still heard nothing and it's getting so bad some channels we can't view at all. I'm paying a lot of money for something I can't even see!!!

@virginmedia The status line says no issues but the picture is pixelating every few seconds and has been now for over a week.
