Regularly being told that our big, fast emotions are overreactions trains ADHD'ers to suppress our emotional experience.
This isn't healthy or sustainable, as it disconnects us from understanding what we're feeling or what we need to self-regulate in the face of our emotions
@BlizzardCS Why even bother? Last time I asked for help and even provided proof of what was happening on my WoW account I got threatened with account closure for asking for help too much, plus your first response to me was clearly AI.

@envynade_@skiesti_ She never blamed anyone, she just said it's a bit sucky is all. Idk why everyone has to treat people like feelings are invalid because of this and that when she literally said she understands why, but just that it felt shit.
