Keir Starmer just straight up refused to punish his landlord MP.
But Zarah Sultana is still without the Labour whip for voting to reduce child poverty.
Jas Athwal MP is a landlord with FIFTEEN properties.
Complaints about toxic mould were ignored.
One of his tenants was threatened with eviction by an estate agent for complaining.
Athwal said he doesn't rent to people who receive benefits, which is unlawful.
He must resign.
Massive response across the country to counter the hate "protests". The real Britain reasserting itself against the tiny minority trying to terrorise us. Highlights on this thread.

A few weeks ago you went on TV to bemoan migrants getting "put up in hotels and they can stay in these hotels for the rest of their lives." A cynical lie, which you knew was a lie. You're part of this too.
I don’t even think “riot” is the right word. yeah there’s a lot of chaos but the basic shape is selecting targets for attack - in people and buildings - based on race, with the aim of driving a minority out. that’s a pogrom
Just watched an anchor interrupt someone condemning the riots to say "surely" there are also people with "legitimate concerns" protesting. Remarkable. There is no journalistic need to both-sides racists attacking people and trying to burn down a hotel with asylum seekers inside.
.@HumzaYousaf: "These are not protests or demonstrations. What we're seeing is far right race riots, we're seeing pogroms against the Muslim community, against people of colour... lets stop framing this as protest vs counter protest"
Sunderland rioters throw rocks at Filipino NHS nurses on way to work as emergency cover
These are cowardly thugs whose actions should be condemned by every politician

Almost as disturbing as the pogroms breaking out across the country is the fact that so few politicians and mainstream media outlets are willing to describe the situation for what it is
I’ve logged on and there’s video after video of lone black men or Asian men being attacked by a massive group of white males up and down the country, head kicking, punching and chasing. This is a nightmare and the current home sec and PM can’t even utter the word racism.
What will it take for political leaders to explicitly call out the Islamophobic and racist nature of the violence we are witnessing across the country?
Outside a hotel in Redcliffe, Bristol - the hotel is being protected by hundreds of Bristolians shouting ‘We are many, you are few. We are Bristol, who are you?’ to a group of around 100 protesters who had marched on the hotel
