So, with no hysteria, name-calling or yelling, I'm going to try to explain why the chop and chant are racist and fans should not continue it. My hope is to have just ONE Atlanta fan in the comments go, "You know, if you put it that way..." 1/8
@hankschulman Throwing a ball back is akin to corporate welfare. It goes from the bleachers to field club box seat in a manner of seconds. Give it to a kid in the bleachers.
My latest: A developer plans to demolish a 1,200 sq foot Noe Valley home and build a 6,000 sq foot, four story McMansion with an elevator in its place. San Francisco’s rules allow this, but don’t allow four 1,500 square foot units instead. What a shame. https://t.co/9yJ912Ut8t
@extrabaggs Tearing up this long-time season ticket holder. Ownership with an "R" bent is fine. Supporting the name on the front of the jersey no matter what, regardless of the name on the back is wrong. It contributes to the destruction of democracy by vilifying facts in order to win.
@gb3rd@scottostler Do the Dodgers. Owners there are split down the middle. Donating 32% of ALL republican donations (including overtly racist donations) over 6 leagues sticks out. It’s part of who (my beloved) Giants are now. He has the right to do it. We have the right to react to it.
@knbrmurph Respectfully disagree. The fact that 47 states act one way may be a reason we still average 50k cases per day. Unless we are ready to cede to the zombie apocalypse of course. Then Let’s Go!
Really seems like fewer and fewer people work to serve. We lost one in RBG today. Her life was a profile in courage, not seeking power or wealth, but the greater good.
@michelletandler @sfscottmurphy Not many founders that are creating jobs are making $75K or less per year. Plenty of founders that haven't gotten funded or sold a few Safes (and, therefore, can't afford employees) make next to nothing. But, when companies get funded, most founders begin to make six figures.
