Package Control is currently down. A security update to Nginx apparently contains a segfault related to the Lua module. Working on a fix now.

@marios_ant There was a registration issue, which results in DNS being set to a landing page. Everything has been fixed now. Most likely you've got some cached DNS going on.

A new server has been provisioned and configured. The vast majority of data has been recovered and imported in the new server. Right now I am working on some final data cleanup and then testing before cutting DNS over.
