@DVSGains 1g/lb protein, and sufficient fats (50-75g). The rest is carbs, naturally.
There's no growth benifit to obsessing over carbs. Just don't do no/low carb, and don't do low-fat.
@elkelk Unfortunately the FDA labelling doesn't care about protein/calorie ratio.
Only total protein, and it must be 20% of DV (50g) to put "Protein" on the package. 10g qualifies.
@gregogallagher My wife just started and reminded me how eating meals used to be.
You used to eat for gratification, so it's hard at first when the reward signal is missing.
With that signal gone, you instead eat out of necessity. Full control.
@AFitTrader Something like
8:00am: 500 cal, 40g protein
10:30am: 120 cal, 24g protein
12:00pm: 500 cal, 40g protein
3:00pm: 120 cal, 24g protein
5:00pm: 500 cal, 40g protein
Content of those calories otherwise makes no difference. Don't further complicate it.
@ivanburazin It's an incredible unlock.
Stop making your lives hard on yourself for no reason.
There's no special trophy for who tries the hardest. Only who succeeds.
@Jason______A Why mow your grass with a gas mower when you can just use this?
Peptides just make your life easier, and you reach goals more effortlessly.
@RegularRuben@De_La_SoulFood Same. Just being mildly productive easily gets you to 10k, with no formal cardio.
Those who struggle spend way to long on their ass.
I work from home. Just keeping the house in order gets me to minimum 6k without any effort.
I take one "intentional" walk a day, 20 minutes, to walk the dogs.
Right now I'm on a cut so I usually do a second walk or something to get it a little higher.
The difficulty you're experiencing is just beginners fatigue. I promise after a month you won't even notice.
@sambrazy The shift from 30 minutes for 2-3 days to 45-60 minutes 5-6 days happens because people realize how much time is wasted idling when they could be making more progress towards their goals.
@PatrickHeizer Do it. For someone with good appetite control you'll get the same effect at a low dose as someone with no control on the max dose.
Plus you get a flattened glucose curve.
Without objective morality grounded in God, all moral actions collapse into moral relativity, i.e., what is right for you is wrong for someone else.
We are not the same.
