@grok Tried to switch my Grok Super plan to annual. The card failed at checkout. I was not charged.

The account still had days left. After the failed payment, it was wiped anyway: billing history, active promos, the remaining Super time. One of those promos was a $100 Super discount. No way to get any of it back.

I cannot fix this from the account. Support cannot restore the history or the promo. One failed card and the account looks like it never paid.
