@HSBC_UK Awful customer service. The online chat can not solve anything. They just tell you to call a certain number to resolve the issue. On holds for hours on end to then be cut off!! Shocking

@HSBC_UK hello, I have been trying to contact your fraud department calling 03455870104. I call at 8am and wait on hold for over 2 hours each day until I am them cut off. This has happened 4 times now. Please help. Thank you
