My elderly parents and 60+ Malayalees from Kerala are stranded near Pathaduriya (Pranay Project Tunnel), 35km from Srinagar.

They’ve been out of contact, some need medical help, but BRO is letting trucks through and blocking passenger vehicles.

Why? What kind of system is this?
