@AerLingus there is a group of people all at Gatwick with no bags and no information where our bags are??? One poor woman has had a bag lost on the way OUT as well??

@AerLingus Was flight EI 136 and EI 230 From Boston to Gatwick. We all reported it to an agent and filled in the proper forms. Agent couldn't find any trace of the bags on the 'System' wrote down our addresses with a vague hope hope that they would "turn up"
