@gateshead A shame that a lack of signage & lack of traffic management at recycling centres meant damage to my vehicle, a popped tyre, AA call-out & a wasted afternoon.Nice of someone to call back in response to email, but was told ‘nobody would the signs anyway’. @ChronicleLive

@Paul_ewart01 @virginmedia I’ve been with them for broadband/tv and mobile for years and it gets worse and worse. Every interaction is so hard and demoralising that I just give up - maybe that’s their tactic, to make it so hard to leave that you’re trapped 😂
