@ThreeUKSupport I've been charged for a contract I've canceled months ago. I now live abroad and checked my UK account and even though I spoke to customer care to cancel the contract has been coming off my account. I can't call customer call due to being abroad.

@PostNL hey guys. Everytime we get a delivery, to our appartment the company who delivers it leaves it at the bottom of the stairs in a shared building and doesn't deliver it to the door. When questioned about it today we were told he was too busy to do so.

@PostNL Unfortunately it happened again. We have spoken to the delivery guy from our window and asked if he could bring the parcel up to our door and he simply said no. Afterwards my girlfriend talked to him some more and he said he will bring it up next time.
