@Delta my partner just finished her PhD in Ireland and was heading home to Calgary via JFK but her flight has been cancelled. She now has to fly via Utah at 6am tomorrow (plans completely disrupted). Would make her Christmas and reduce stress if she was upgraded to first class.

@VirginMediaIE I just updated from 360mb broadband to 1gb. I used to get 250mb/s beside my router (with the 360mb), now I'm only getting 200mb/s. So I've just paid to downgrade my speed.

@TescoIrl Day 1 of asking for a refund. I bought a defective iTunes gift card from one of your stores months ago. I've tried to claim a refund over the phone, email and in person with no luck. You are responsible for the refund (not Apple) as it was purchased in your store.
