We're a large cattle ranch in Northern Wyoming and Southern Montana. We run cow-calf pairs, farm, and run our own feedlot. Our ranch raised beef is available!
These are our Spring 2025 heifer calves. We selected them last winter to be our next generation of cows. We're keeping most of them close to the home ranch this spring, then they'll be bred by AI in July.
@HerdWorth_AI But our heifers seem to do better later on if they've been grazing instead of in the feed yard. As soon as we AI them, we'll ship them to either our mountain allotment or ranch units to spend the rest of the summer.
If you need to talk to someone who understands the stress of what itโs like to be in Ag right now and youโre in the US hereโs a number to call
Calling isnโt being weak itโs actually the bravest thing you can do!

Ranching is all about being adaptable and willing to update plans when needed - like today when we decided to cancel trich testing until it's not -34 and the tractor will start
