@TUIUK were about to start the 2nd week of our cruise on the #MarellaDiscovery in Florida, we unfortunately got our room moved 48 hours b4 arrival away from the lifts but have been asking since day 1 to have a more suitable location due to medical condition, with no luck #nohelp

@katieharker @CenterParcsUK Unfortunately not, there was very little support to try and resolve, we have asked lots of lodges locally if they would of minded a change in the last week to facilitate a request and they said they wouldn't of minded at all, not sure we will come back again

@CenterParcsUK very disappointed to find that our booking of 3 lodges haven't been put together and apparently can't be swapped, this feels like it was just a way of getting more money from us, I can't belive that a 'computer' would allocate lodges so far apart under 1 booking
