@TUIUK were about to start the 2nd week of our cruise on the #MarellaDiscovery in Florida, we unfortunately got our room moved 48 hours b4 arrival away from the lifts but have been asking since day 1 to have a more suitable location due to medical condition, with no luck #nohelp
@katieharker@CenterParcsUK Unfortunately not, there was very little support to try and resolve, we have asked lots of lodges locally if they would of minded a change in the last week to facilitate a request and they said they wouldn't of minded at all, not sure we will come back again
@CenterParcsUK very disappointed to find that our booking of 3 lodges haven't been put together and apparently can't be swapped, this feels like it was just a way of getting more money from us, I can't belive that a 'computer' would allocate lodges so far apart under 1 booking

@CenterParcsUK To confirm in open public that Centre Parcs do purposely place lodges under the same booking away from each other to force extra money being spent on putting them together
