@SVPhillimore When a regulator behaves so poorly and clearly is unaware of the law which it is responsible for holding its registrants to it begs serious questions about the utility of regulation. Is regulation a protection for consumers or poor professionals?
@overweightNo8 @RugbyPhilBB@Pasc76@Richard99366022@markwatkins2107 @delmeparfitt How could a traumatised mum, care for 2 small girls, survey the damage, do a valuation and assess the legal options? Are you real?
@overweightNo8 @RugbyPhilBB@Pasc76@Richard99366022@markwatkins2107 @delmeparfitt 'Sara said she was also handed £100 by the same man...' It is a non-sequitur to suggest anything more than what the article says. Did she accept the money? How does this 'suggest' the value of the damage?
@woodallthoughts I received the same and I am also grateful. The most obvious gender hatred I’ve had the misfortune to see. A person who’s poison just consumed them.
@woodallthoughts Twitter NEVER changed a splitter. I still can't understand why anyone thinks that slagging off others is the way to repair broken relationships. It's beyond barmy.
What our senses allow us to experience may not reflect what actually exists. Some researchers even contend that the live-stream movie in our head bears no resemblance whatsoever to reality.

Most Applications for contact orders are made by parents being denied contact. It is much more common to hear allegations of abuse in response. Those denying contact no not usually apply for orders. This is a gross misrepresentation of fact by the panel.
"while ‘alienation’ may have become a common counter-allegation, submissions highlighted the very real dangers of accepting this as the default explanation for children not wanting contact."
@SobukiRa @JudiciaryUK Hi Natasha. I know he's been planning heart valve surgery for a while. I'm assuming that's what he's having done.

Unbridled power during the Covid crisis has given the executive a taste for tyranny and now the goose-step upon democratic controls gathers pace. Boris detests the judiciary for curbing the excesses of No10 and ensuring sovereignty remains with the parliament NOT the executive.
According to the @Telegraph "Boris Johnson has speeded up plans to curb the judiciary". We must not be fooled by claims that this is about restoring "the sovereignty of Parliament". It's about the power of Number 10 to sideline Parliament - & all other checks on its power. THREAD
12+ weeks’ wait for a FHDRA as a result of Covid backlog. Shocking state of affairs for children & something to which urgent resource needs to be devoted. And if this isn’t an advert for children arbitration & mediation, nothing is.
This is a rare treat indeed! We can add dementia and delusions to the list of disorders because your 'amazing team' includes a convicted sex offender and domestic abuser. You forget Stephen Best is currently doing 6 years for rape. Here's a snap from your pages to assist you.
@legalella@BoofleDa@mick_ogden Here's one 'Janus - Essex queen of debate', did earlier. The Scottish 'bill' referred to actually became an ACT almost a year beforehand! Clearly, accuracy is optional. P.S Mistress has blocked me. #shoddy#clueless#walkingoneggshells
neologism=a newly coined word or expression e.g pervie. In psychiatry neologisms, whose origins and meanings are usually gibberish, are typically associated with brain damage and inability to form words and sentences, personality disorders and schizophrenia. Ty for confirming.

@victimofHMCTS @Justce4Dads Hi there are a few things you could add to this list especially those things which are LAW in the UK. Art 3 ECHR is an ABSOLUTE right to be protected by the state against 'torture, inhumane and derading trearment'. Isn't this what PA is and douesn't the state fail?
