@dontattempt It’s not about the spelling; it’s about the sound. All of the counterexamples above have vowel sounds in them, including tsk (tisk).

@gsuite OK, thanks for that! That got me there, although the Gmail step didn't look like a clickable link. I grimace when I have to dig into Google settings, as the whole system is so dense and confusing. Possibly trying to be too many things to too many users. 😟

@gsuite Your email about Gmail Confidential Mode is totally baffling. I want to turn it off, but I can't find "Apps > G Suite > Settings for Gmail > User settings". Really, you can do a lot better than this. :-(

@troyhunt Visited mum recently. She was busy with a "Telstra" guy on the phone who was helping to fix her computer. I tried to shut it down, but he already had remote access and stopped the shutdown process. I had to kill the power, then restored OS from an earlier backup. Ugh.
