@WhoThat_One_Guy Not read any of the series of unfortunate events... my daughter is reading them and I'm a little jealous. She also is getting divergent etc. for her birthday which I haven't read... books I can steal from my kid! Whoop!
@authorcgalvez @Christi86106764 That's what I have come to learn. It's what I teach her.
I know people with PhDs who can't cook eggs or do laundry, never mind letting them into the STREET! They wouldn't be SAFE! My street earned me my degree, and I'm going to use it for my PhD one day too. That'll be booksmart!
@Christi86106764 @authorcgalvez I do the opposite because mother taught me to be book smart and it got me nowhere. I didn't know people and ended up homeless. I teach my daughter her street smarts, she teaches herself book smarts. I would rather have had the former; she'll end up having both.
@Acidic_Blonde I probably sound shallow, but my looks. I know I am a good person; it's a quality I've been reminded of since I was small. But if someone said I was pretty it would make my day. 😊

@SandraB85656014 *wondering if this is my husband*
It's honestly the worst part of the laundry for me!
And I do EVERYthing else! It teaches my daughter to rotate her clothes and my husband is only going to complain about the ironing not being done to his liking and wear the shirt I just washed!😂
@Constantlycrav1 I'm pretty much house bound by epilepsy because I don't go out of the house without my husband or daughter.
So I'm the same with the online world. It's how I came to be an editor; I needed a job I was good at in a field I loved which I could do from home. 🤗
