BREAKING: An Iloilo City court has dismissed terrorism financing charges against three Negros-based development workers, citing lack of jurisdiction and failure to constitute an offense. The ruling declared a key provision of R.A. 10168 unconstitutional.
The rebel spokesman alleges the two were abducted hors de combat somewhere in Bacolod City, tortured, and executed, then dumped in Cadiz City, which the group claims is a violation of international humanitarian law.
