Ordered a bracelet from @Photojewel in the 2nd week of Jan.
After 2 weeks of delay, I was told it was a courier issue and “in transit.”
Tracking showed it was never picked up.
After 4 weeks, they now admit it was never dispatched and are offering a refund.
Poor order handling!!
