@TLRailUK Hi Ben, yes I turned up at Biggleswade today travelling to Kings Cross/St Pancras, ticket office said system down and unable to buy a new flexible season ticket on the app through my key smart card either. Had to therefore buy a day return at higher cost, not ideal.
