.@airtelindia@airtel_wifi what kind of lousy customer service experience do you guys offer. Does it take 3 days for you to do a simple process of wifi installation. Your team is not responsive at all. Customer care folks have proven to be useless.
@Airtel_Presence Why is your team so slow in responding? When you had to take upfront money you were very responsive. Initiate my Refund of INR1900 or else this will be escalated to @consumerforum_ and other higher authorities. @airtelindia
@Prateek63420046 I have demanded the same and cancelled my request over an email. But all of it seems a big joke. No one replies not even the applete. I will file a formal scam/fraud report to the @consumerforum_ as well.

.@ZEE5India the audio quality on the ott platform is so bad and full screen buffers all the time. If you want to take money for subscription, why don't you address the bugs in your algorithm
