@Niva_Bupa Raised 2 claims — one has the wrong amount. Raised a service request to cancel it, but it’s still being processed 🤦♂️. Website doesn’t even give an option to cancel claims. Please fix this!

@porterairlines I haven’t received my baggage I was in flight PD120 on 07th Jan. So much frustrated flight was delayed almost 5 hours then bag is delayed.
@myvoltas hey please can you improve your after purchase services I have logged service request for same issue twice for the gadget I bought in April. Guy came fix the issue as soon as he left again have got same problem. Please either fix it or replace it.
